Dr. Uzoigwe Michael Chukwudi
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Dr. Uzoigwe Michael Chukwudi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, University of Calabar, with extensive expertise in educational administration, planning, and policy analysis. As CEO of TAAI, he provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and ensures the organization achieves its mission and vision. His research interests include school leadership, management of educational resources, and innovative strategies for improving educational quality and access..
Professor Elochukwu A. Nwankwo
Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO)
Professor Elochukwu A. Nwankwo is a distinguished scholar in the Department of Tourism, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. As Depty CEO of TAAI, he assists the CEO in management, oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures smooth organizational functioning. His professional interests span tourism policy, hospitality management, and the socio-economic impacts of tourism development.
Dr. Wonah Fidelis Adumah
Chairperson of the Board
Dr. Wonah Fidelis Adumah is a seasoned academic in the Department of Educational Management, University of Calabar. As Chairperson of TAAIs Board, he leads the board of trustees, coordinates board meetings, and ensures governance and accountability standards are maintained. His research interests focus on school management, educational leadership, and institutional effectiveness.
Professor Uduak Ekpo Umoh
Secretary / Board Secretary
Professor Uduak Ekpo Umoh is a renowned scholar in the Department of Educational Management, University of Calabar. As Secretary of TAAI, she handles official correspondence, records minutes of meetings, and ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Her scholarly interests include educational planning, school leadership, and effective management of educational institutions.
Dr. Abang Kingsly Bekong
Treasurer / Finance Director
5.Dr. Abang Kingsly Bekong is the Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, University of Calabar. As Treasurer of TAAI, he oversees financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and ensures proper financial reporting and audits. His professional interests include innovation, enterprise development, and capacity building for students and graduates.
Professor Eja Iwara Eja
Director of Programs
Professor Eja Iwara Eja is a distinguished academic in the Department of Marketing, University of Calabar. As Director of Programs at TAAI, he manages all programmatic activities, ensures effective implementation of projects, and monitors impact and outcomes. His professional interests include marketing strategy, brand management, and market-driven organizational performance.
Professor Anthonia Inajah Emmanuel
Director of Partnerships and Fundraising
Professor Anthonia Inajah Emmanuel is a seasoned scholar in the Department of Guidance and Counselling, University of Calabar. As Director of Partnerships and Fundraising, she builds relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners, and develops funding strategies for TAAI. Her scholarly interests include school counselling, psychosocial support for learners, and guidance services in educational institutions.
Reverend Dr. Okpa Ovat Egbe
Director of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
Reverend Dr. Okpa Ovat Egbe is a respected academic in the Department of Educational Management, University of Calabar. Director of Communications and Public Relations

Dr. Lawrence Ovat
Director of Human Resources (HR)
Dr. Lawrence Ovat is a distinguished professional at the Ministry of Environment, Cross River State. As Director of HR at TAAI, he oversees staff recruitment, training, welfare, and organizational culture. Barrister Ubi Esua Onen
Legal and Compliance Advisor
Barrister Ubi Esua Onen is a legal practitioner at the Ministry of Justice, Cross River State. As Legal and Compliance Advisor for TAAI, he ensures the organization operates within legal frameworks, handles contracts, and mitigates risks. His professional interests include governance, legal frameworks in public administration, and the intersection of law and policy development.
Professor Nse Nkereuwem Ukpong
Technical / Innovation Advisor
Professor Nse Nkereuwem Ukpong is a distinguished scholar in the Department of Educational Management, University of Calabar. As Technical and Innovation Advisor of TAAI, she provides expert advice on technology, digital solutions, and innovative approaches to enhance program delivery and organizational efficiency. Her research interests focus on school leadership, educational planning, and effective management of educational institutions.
